톰캣 서버 포트가 이미 사용중일 때 생기는 에러.

cmd > netstat -p tcp -ano | grep 포트번호

하여 pid 확인 후 

taskkill /f /pid [pid] 로 종료 후 tomcat 재시작해주면 됨
